Many women struggling to conceive simply do not release an egg reliably each month, due to conditions like PCOS or mild hormonal imbalances. Ovulation Induction uses well-tolerated oral medication (such as Letrozole) to stimulate follicular recruitment, accompanied by serial ultrasound monitoring to identify the exact window for timed intercourse.

What actually happens, stage by stage

Taking 2.5mg to 5mg of Letrozole daily for five days to encourage follicle selection.

Checking dominant follicle size on Day 10 and Day 12, until it reaches 18 to 20mm.

Timed intercourse guidance

Clear instructions on the 36-hour window for intercourse, to coincide with the natural LH surge or trigger.

Frequently asked about Ovulation Induction
