Frequently asked about Male Fertility Care
Yes. In many cases of obstructive or non-obstructive azoospermia, viable sperm cells can be gently retrieved directly from testicular tissue via TESA or PESA, and used for fertilisation with ICSI.
DFI measures physical breaks in sperm genetic strands. Even men with normal counts can have a high DFI, which can lead to poor embryo development or recurrent early pregnancy loss.
